The survey will ask you about community issues facing residents of the Houston area. The information collected will be used to evaluate services and programs, assess needs, and inform decision-makers about how to best plan and support the Houston community.

This is a chance for you to be part of an important research study and for your voice to be heard.
Participation is easy. You can take the survey from a desktop or laptop computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access.
We randomly selected your address from all home addresses in the Houston area. This means that when you respond, you represent hundreds of other Houston area residents like you. When all completed surveys are combined, they represent a snapshot of all Houston area households.
All information is kept in password-protected files. These files are only available to the research teams at NORC and the Center for Public Policy at the University of Houston. The files will not be released to any outside organization.
We take all possible steps to protect your privacy and will use your answers only for statistical research. Your responses will be kept strictly confidential. We will never share your personally identifiable information without your permission. We will not sell your contact information or use it to sell things or services to you.
After completing the survey, we will send you your choice of reward. In the survey, if you choose Amazon or Walmart eGift Cards or a virtual Mastercard Reward card, it will arrive via email to the email address you provide. If you select a physical Mastercard Reward card, it will be mailed to the mailing address you provide.
